  • Latest by the date of joining, the “Company” would require a copy of the appointment letter/ contract letter along with the computation of the total annual CTC of the candidate that has been issued by the “Client” to our referred candidate.
  • BIZVISORY HR Consultancy Services ’s Professional Fee is guaranteed for Ninety (90) day period , if the candidate voluntarily resigns within that period, BIZVISORY HR provides 100% free replacement once for the resource, except whenthe candidate’s departure is the result of the “Client” action viz. change of –title, job content, location or reorganization, etc.
  • If the “Client” at any of its offices permanently places a candidate referred by the “Company” within 12 months from the date of referral, such placement will be considered to be made by the “Company”. Accordingly, the “Company” placement fee (as mentioned in clause I.) will become due to the “Client”.
  • If it so happens that a candidate referred by the “Company” has already been referred to the “Client” by any other placement firm/ organization/ agency then in such a case the “Client” will inform the “Company” about the same in maximum of 7 day’s time from the date of receipt of candidate’s profile from the “Company”, failing which the “Company” will assume that the candidate has been referred by the “Company”.
  • The assignment would begin on the first working day after the day of receipt of the written job description, specifications, compensation details of the position etc.
  • BizVisory HR will bear all the costs related to sourcing, hiring, Reference and background checks.
  • If the business rejects the resource sourced by us and wants to bring the same resource on board within 6 months afterwards, it will be considered a BizVisory HR candidate and Xerox pays the full fee applicable for the resource.
  • All taxes as applicable will be charged extra.
